Tshepo William Malemela & Associates Engineering and Architectural Services (Herein referred to as TWM Associates) is a new empowerment consulting engineering firm operating in the Civil / Structural and Architectural fields. Prior to this date, members have worked independently as consultants in our specialized fields. The firm operates independently and has been formed to assist in the handling of all the necessary aspects in the development and maintenance of marginalized communities. Its management services provide a wide spectrum of the needs of communities.

If you have estimates from all necessary parties and more detailed pricing information, we’ll work together to create a final design that works within your budget and your wish list. Once the design is finalized, we’ll get to work creating and procuring any necessary documents and permits in accordance with area building codes and zoning ordinances.
